CBD flower after December 11, 2026: what our menu becomes
See all flower Shipping is free, on every order.
In short. On Dec. 11, 2026 the high-THCA flower leaves our menu. We plan to sell CBD and CBG flower instead, but only flower that meets the federal hemp rule then in force. As of Oct. 13, 2026 we have not announced a supplier, prices or a start date, so we will not show any until they are real.
Updated Oct. 13, 2026.
Why does the menu change on December 11?
From Dec. 11, 2026 the federal definition of hemp counts total THC, “including tetrahydrocannabinolic acid” (THCA), at no more than 0.3 percent on a dry-weight basis (Public Law 119-37, sec. 781; the date is set in H.R. 6500, sec. 2019). Our menu today is high-THCA hemp flower, sold as flower above that line, so it stops being hemp that day. Why a CBD name sells THCA flower today is on CBD flower and THCA.
What happens to our menu on that day?
| Today (Oct. 13, 2026) | From Dec. 11, 2026 | |
|---|---|---|
| High-THCA hemp flower | On the menu, labelled “hemp THCA flower” | Off the menu |
| Orders for it not yet confirmed by phone | Confirmed on the call as usual | Cancelled (terms) |
| CBD and CBG flower | Not on the menu | Planned; listed only when it meets the rule and is in stock |
| These guides | Up | Stay up |
If no CBD or CBG flower is ready on Dec. 11, the menu stays short, or empty, until it is. We will not fill the gap with something else.
What will we sell after the change?
The plan is CBD flower and CBG flower, plainly labelled, from a grower or supplier that sells them. Two things are not settled yet, and we would rather say so:
- The supplier. We have not named one.
- Prices and start date. None are set. We will not post a price until there is a bag to sell at it.
We plan to label each bag the way we do today: what it is, its grade, and the lab values from the report for that lot once the report is on file.
Does CBD flower still count as hemp under the new rule?
Two parts of the new definition matter for flower:
- The 0.3% total-THC line. It counts THCA as well as delta-9 THC. Flower bred for CBD can still carry a little THCA, so the lab report decides, not the name. More on that in CBD flower with no THC.
- The 0.4 mg per container limit. The law also excludes “final hemp-derived cannabinoid products” containing more than 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container (P.L. 119-37, sec. 781). The law asked FDA to publish more about what “container” means, and as of Aug. 17, 2026 that had not been published (CRS IF13136).
We will list only flower we can sell under the rule as it stands when we list it. We will not tell you a product is allowed before that is clear. This is not legal advice.
Will ordering work the same way?
We plan to keep it the same: choose by the ounce, the quarter pound, the half pound or the pound, send an Order Request, and a person rings you to confirm it. You pay nothing on this site, and we sell only to adults 21 and over. State laws on hemp flower differ and change on their own dates, so check the rules where you take delivery.
What can I buy before then?
Our menu today is high-THCA hemp flower, not CBD flower. Smoked, it gets you high and shows up on THC drug tests. If that is not what you want, wait for the change.

Questions
- Will CBD Flower Co. sell CBD flower after December 11, 2026?
- That is the plan. On Dec. 11, 2026 the high-THCA flower leaves the menu, and we plan to sell CBD and CBG flower that meets the federal hemp rule in force. As of Oct. 13, 2026 we have not announced a supplier, prices or a start date.
- What happens to the THCA flower on the menu on December 11?
- It comes off the menu that day. Orders for it that are not yet confirmed by phone are cancelled. You pay nothing online, so there is nothing to refund.
- Is CBD flower still hemp after December 11, 2026?
- The new federal definition counts total THC, THCA included, at 0.3% by dry weight. It also limits final hemp-derived cannabinoid products to 0.4 mg of total THC per container. We will list only flower we can sell under the rule as it stands, and we will not guess before then. This is not legal advice.
- Can I order CBD flower from you now?
- No. Our menu today is high-THCA hemp flower, not CBD flower. Smoked, it gets you high and shows up on THC drug tests.
- Will ordering work the same way after the change?
- We plan to keep it the same: you send an Order Request, a person calls to confirm it, and you pay nothing on this site.
