What we keep

• From your order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, Payment Preference, the flower you chose and notes from our call.
• From your visit: a cookie that remembers you confirmed you are 21 or over, a cookie that counts what is in your bag and, when switched on, Google Analytics visit statistics.
• From an account: your login email, your saved details and your credit balance.

Why we keep it

To ring you back, to deliver your order, to keep the records the law asks of us, and to recognise you when you order again.

Who else sees it

The carrier or the person delivering gets only what the delivery needs. Our email provider sends your receipt. Trustpilot receives your name and email once an order is delivered, so it can invite your review. We never sell or rent what we hold.

Your choices

Write to us to see, correct or delete your details. We remove everything the law allows and tell you what we must keep. You can unsubscribe from offer emails with the link in each one.
