Our terms of sale, in plain words

1. Who may order

Adults 21 and over, buying for their own use.

2. When a sale happens

Sending an order does not bind you or us. It becomes a sale only after a person from CBD Flower Co. has confirmed the flower, the price, the payment and the delivery with you on the phone. Until then nothing is set aside and we may decline.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change until your order is confirmed. Everyone pays the prices shown on the menu.

4. The product

Every product is hemp THCA flower, not CBD flower. It can get you high and can show up on THC drug tests. Each lot shows its THCA % and total THC from its lab report. Flower is a natural product, so looks vary within a lot; weight is sold as stated.

5. Your part

You confirm the flower is lawful where you take delivery.

6. When something is wrong

Please ring us first. We agree a fix with you on the call.

When the federal total-THC rule takes effect, flower that no longer counts as hemp leaves the menu, and orders for it that are not yet confirmed are cancelled.
