When to write

• You want the lab values or the lab report for a lot. Please give the lot code from the product page.
• You want to see, change or delete the details we hold about you.
• Anything that is easier to explain in writing.

How we reply

We answer calls during our hours. Email sent after hours gets a reply on the next working day. When we ring about an order we use the number shown on this site, and we never ask for card numbers, gift cards or payment by text message. If a caller does, hang up and ring us on the listed number.
